LAVERDE ARTISAN began with a family decision: no blending, no diluting, no compromise. Our extra virgin olive oil comes from a single estate in Caltanissetta, in the heart of Sicily. One harvest each November, cold-pressed within hours of picking, and shipped the same season — no middlemen, no warehouse months, no flavour drift.
The Biancolilla cultivar is rarely found outside Sicily: naturally higher in polyphenols, rounder on the palate, and gentler than the mass-market blends on supermarket shelves. Alongside it we bring raw unfiltered Sicilian honey, Villalba black lentils, and Madrigal Colombian specialty coffee at 83+ SCA.
Every one of them is a single harvest. The rain changes, the sunlight changes, the flowers change — and all of it is expressed in what we bottle. When a harvest ends, it does not simply sell out. It ceases to exist.
